A school-based contract opportunity is available for an ABA Therapist specializing in support for middle school students. This role involves delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to help students develop essential social, communication, and behavioral skills in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans tailored to each students needs
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to create a cohesive learning environment
• Provide guidance and training to school personnel on behavior management techniques
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports of therapy sessions

Desired Qualifications:

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred
• Previous experience providing ABA therapy in school settings, especially for middle school age groups
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with school teams and parents
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of students
