About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a graduate degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' of experience in financial leadership within healthcare systems is required, with a strong preference for those with a background in independent systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management, including experience in areas such as managed care contracting, treasury, and strategic planning. Leadership skills, the ability to influence and lead teams, and a passion for excellence in patient care and community service are essential. The CFO will be expected to be a visible and approachable leader, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the finance team and across the organization.
