About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and management of a wide range of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, workshops, and social gatherings. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure their vision comes to life through meticulous planning and execution.

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, catering, audiovisual needs, and transportation.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to cost constraints.
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Conduct site visits and assist in selecting appropriate venues.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Oversee event setup and take down, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using event management software and tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
