What Youll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients seeking insurance and financial guidance.
- Provide personalized consultations on retirement planning, life insurance, income protection, and investment strategies.
- Stay current on financial products, market trends, and client needs to offer expert solutions.
- Deliver outstanding service while meetingand exceedingsales and performance goals.
What You Bring
- Fluency in Spanish and English (required).
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales preferred (3+ years ideal).
- Strong communication skillsthe ability to make complex topics simple and clear.
- Life & Health and/or Property & Casualty licenses (preferred) OR willingness to obtainwe provide full licensing support.
