Onsite, we offer a luxury apartment free of charge (this is a $13k benefit) . This opening is for Willow Way Apartments. We are looking for a bright, energetic, experienced Apartment Manager or Assistant Manager to supervise a beautiful apartment community. The Property is located in Camden County, GA.

• Previous Experience in Management and Clerical Duties Preferred
• Superior closing ratios when leasing / creative resident retention ability
• Positive enthusiastic customer service
• Strong organization, and time management skills
• The understanding and control of financial expenses versus income
• Able to follow directives / understand the value of constructive criticism
• Social media and computer savvy - email, excel and property software (Yardi or other)
• Always punctual
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute new lease agreements and renewal leases.
• Maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and daily operations of the community.
• Conduct regular property inspections and document any lease violations, issuing notices when necessary.
• Show available units to prospective residents and process rental applications.
• Oversee rent collection efforts
• Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests
