In Tucson, AZ, a contract opportunity is available for a skilled professional specializing in the field of school psychology. This role is set in an elementary school environment, where the focus is on providing essential psychological services to support the diverse needs of students.

Qualifications:

• Doctoral or Masters degree in School Psychology or related field.
• Valid school psychologist license or certification in Arizona.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children.
• Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals.

Location:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators.
• Provide direct counseling services and support to students.
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents regarding student needs and intervention strategies.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development.
• Address mental health issues and promote wellness in the school munity.
