As a Security Manager within PNC’s Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Birmingham, AL or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion. Weekly time in one of the office locations listed is required PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position Position Overview We are seeking an accomplished leader to oversee multiple critical functions within the Workforce Identity & Access Management (WIAM) Program. This role will provide strategic and operational leadership across controls, testing, centralized certification, program communications, process automation, and metrics & analytics. The IAM Program Leader will serve as the primary liaison with internal and external audit professionals, drive remediation of audit issues, and ensure alignment with enterprise risk and compliance standards.
