HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Greenville, Tennessee.

Job Description & Requirements

• Shift: 12 hours, nights
• Employment Type: Travel

Description:

• Unit: Medical-Surgical (MS)
• Patient Ratio: 1:7 (must be pre-closed on this ratio before submission)
• Schedule: 36-hour schedule
• Weekends: Rotating weekends required
• Holidays: No holiday RTO allowed
• Call: None
• Certifications: AHA BLS required
• Traveler must live at least 100 miles from the hospital’s service area

Orientation:

• Begins on Sundays (online CBLs)
• Traveler may start any Sunday if compliance documents are completed by the deadline

Scheduling Notes:

• Hospital may cancel or call off one shift biweekly without financial penalty due to census decrease (applies to 36/36 or 36/48 schedules per agreement)
• Additional shifts picked up beyond scheduled hours may be flexed as needed without penalty

Additional Responsibilities:

• Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to support nursing student education alongside clinical care.
• Active participation in mentoring and preparing future nurses is part of the professional expectations at Ballad Health.
